About the event

Monday Night at the Museum Speaker Series March 10th

History of Parkland Ukrainian Dancers with Guest Speaker and Historian Cathy Atkins

The presence of Ukrainian dancing in Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and Parkland County began 40 years ago with the inception of the Stony Plain Ukrainian Dancers. In 1983, the club formed a registered society known as the Parkland Ukrainian Dancers Society (PUDS) allowing the youth of the community an opportunity to experience and appreciate Ukrainian culture through costume, music and dance.

Come join us for an enlightening evening exploring the history of the Parkland Dancers.

We look forward to having you join us to learn and enjoy the presentation!

Tickets are available at the door.
