Visiting the Pioneer Museum in Stony Plain offers a delightful journey into the past, where you can explore a rich collection of historical artifacts and experience life as it was in the early days of Parkland County. The museum, set on 14 acres, features meticulously restored buildings and a charming Legacy Street, capturing the essence of pioneer life. A highlight is the Tea House, open from May to September, serving delicious homemade lunches and desserts every Friday and Saturday. The museum also hosts various educational programs and events throughout the year, making it a vibrant hub for learning and community engagement​

WHERE IS THE MUSEUM?

The Pioneer Museum is located behind Heritage Park in Stony Plain. Look for the Don Gray Barn once you enter Heritage Park. Take the access road at the west side of the parking lot.
